Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Lot Leverage at getlotleverage.com (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

What Lot Leverage is

Lot Leverage helps car buyers find vehicles that have been listed for sale by dealerships for a long time, and suggests negotiation numbers and scripts. We are not a car dealer, broker or lender. We don't sell vehicles, and we aren't affiliated with any dealership, manufacturer or car-listing website mentioned on the Service.

The Leverage Report

• The Leverage Report costs $19 as a one-time payment. It is not a subscription and does not renew.
• It gives you 30 days of access to live search and the full deal sheets, starting when your payment completes.
• Access is tied to the email address you verify. You can restore it on another device by verifying the same email.
• The free preview lets each verified email run one search and see a limited number of results.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy, including a full refund within 48 hours or if live search didn't work for you.

Listings and estimates are information, not guarantees

• Listings come from dealership websites through a third-party data provider. Prices, availability, days on the lot and other details can be wrong or out of date. Always confirm details directly with the dealer.
• Leverage scores, opening offers, target prices, walk-away prices and scripts are estimates based on general market factors. They are not financial, legal or professional advice, and no dealer is obligated to accept them.
• You are responsible for your own purchase decisions. Always get the full out-the-door price in writing before you sign anything.

Fair use

The Service is for your personal car shopping. Please don't resell or redistribute the data, scrape or automate the Service, share your access, or try to get around the free-preview limits or security. We may limit or end access for anyone who does.

Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. Live search depends on outside data providers and may be limited at times.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the Service is provided "as is," and Lot Leverage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including the price you pay for any vehicle. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes we'll update the date above. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
